By accessing and using Supercaptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of service
Supercaptions is an online platform that enables users to generate animated captions, overlay subtitles, translate speech, and create kinetic typography videos powered by AI voice synthesis models.
3. User accounts
To access certain features of the service, you must log in using your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
4. Usage policies & content ownership
You retain ownership of any video files, scripts, or audio you upload to Supercaptions. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process your files solely for rendering captions and voiceovers as requested. Your local files are processed in the browser where possible, and transient files uploaded to our servers are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
Supercaptions is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
6. Modifications to service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
7. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of Supercaptions reside, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
