One video, three kinds of Telugu captions#
Telugu viewers don't all read the same way. Supercaptions turns one upload into Telugu script, Tenglish or English captions:
Original (Telugu)ఈ రోజు నేను మీకు ఒక చిన్న టిప్ చెప్తాను
Romanized (Tenglish)ee roju nenu meeku oka chinna tip cheptanu
EnglishToday I'll tell you a small tip
Telugu and Tenglish share the same word timestamps, so the highlight follows the speaker word by word.

Frequently asked questions
- What are Tenglish captions?
- Tenglish captions write spoken Telugu in Roman letters, the way many people type Telugu in messages and comments. It keeps the speaker's exact words while being easy to read on a phone.
- Can I make English subtitles from Telugu speech?
- Yes. Choose English when you create the project. Each caption line is translated and timed to the matching part of the speech. Line timing follows the speaker exactly; the word-by-word highlight inside an English line is approximate, since English word order differs from Telugu.
- What if I mix Telugu and English while speaking?
- That's fine. Mixed speech is transcribed as spoken, and in Tenglish mode the whole line is in Roman script so both languages read naturally together.
- Do Telugu, Tenglish and English cost the same?
- Yes. All three use one credit per second of audio. New accounts get 2 free minutes.
- Can I edit the captions?
- Yes. You can edit any word, retime it on the timeline, and restyle a whole line or a single word.
